About the role
The Assistant Public Defender Investigator position is responsible for conducting thorough investigations to support the defense of clients in criminal cases. This includes gathering and evaluating facts, drawing logical conclusions, and taking appropriate actions.

Requirements
Must possess basic interviewing techniques, including human behavior, sources of information, and general legal procedures and terminology.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a criminal justice program or equivalent experience.
Skills
Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in legal research.
