Public Areas Attendant

About the role

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a Public Area Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and perfection of guest areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the cleanliness and perfection of guest areas.
• Vacuuming and dusting all public areas.
• Cleaning mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors.
• Removing all trash from areas.
• Periodically checking and restocking Lobby Restrooms.
• Making sure all surfaces are clean.
• Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels.
• Responding to guest requests and inquiries in the lobby.
• Answering guest questions and directing them to desired areas.

Qualifications

• A high level of attention to detail.
• A strong work ethic.
• The ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic English language skills.
• The ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

• Ability to answer guest questions.
• Good communication skills.
