About the Role

For some, traveling is fun and sometimes for business; however, many travelers miss being home. Our Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. As a Public Area Cleaner, you help create guest experiences that are enjoyable and comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors.
• Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors.
• Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
• Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.

Requirements

• At least one month of related experience.
• Passion for customer service and ability to work seamlessly with others.
• Comfortable collaborating within a diverse team dynamic and working calmly under pressure.

Qualifications

This job is high energy and anything but dull! Be prepared to move around because more than half of the time you will be standing/sitting, carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs, and more. You must also be able to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
