About the role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Public Area Attendant to join the Residences team. In this role, you will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all residential common areas and administrative spaces in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all residential and public areas—including washrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, and back-of-house spaces—following Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate and respond to resident needs with genuine care, taking ownership of requests and delivering personalized, thoughtful service experiences.
• Provide courteous and friendly assistance to residents and guests while ensuring all spaces remain welcoming, safe, and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible full-time schedule (40 hours per week) including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain continuous mobility throughout the shift, remaining on your feet for extended periods while proactively addressing resident needs and completing cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Consistent and effective communication with the Residences team to ensure seamless coordination and an exceptional guest experience.
