Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in all public spaces, including the lobby, guest restrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Refresh and stock supplies in restrooms, ensuring everything is spotless and sanitary.
• Engage with our guests, offering directions, assistance, and a friendly word—helping make their stay memorable.
• Promote a luxurious experience in our sauna and steam rooms through meticulous attention to detail.
• Care for lush lodge plant life, adding a touch of green to every corner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a janitorial or caretaking role, or a similar field.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Aptitude for using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring continuous movement and occasional lifting of heavy objects.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
