Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and retain hospitality teams using MAJC’s skills-based matching and shift-fit culture tools.
- Utilize MAJC Trading Cards to showcase worker skills, certifications, and work history.
- Engage with MAJC Academy for five-minute lessons and real certifications that appear on Trading Cards.
- Participate in moderated community channels for workers and operators to share insights and support.
- Leverage the Hospitality AI Agent for 24/7 personalized support on policy, recipes, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality roles (e.g., line cook, bar manager, sous chef, barista).
- Willingness to build and maintain a MAJC Trading Card with skills, certifications, and work history.
- Ability to engage with MAJC Academy for upskilling and leadership development.
- Interest in participating in a community of peers who understand shift work.
