Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, stairwells, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and decorative elements
- Empty trash and recycling, replace liners, and ensure waste areas remain clean
- Clean and restock public restrooms with towels, tissue, soap, and other supplies
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property promptly to management
- Respond courteously to guest requests and provide assistance when needed
- Follow all hotel cleanliness standards, safety procedures, and chemical handling guidelines
- Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and equipment in an organized and sanitary manner
- Support housekeeping and other departments as needed during high-traffic periods or special events
Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-service mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
