A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential. Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods is necessary. Strong communication and customer service skills are also required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and clean surfaces, including windows and mirrors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Restock supplies, including restroom amenities
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors
