As a Production Control Planner IV at PTI Technologies, you will play a vital role in overseeing the transport of production components and assemblies between the U.S. and Mexico, specifically focusing on the unique compliance and logistical requirements of a maquiladora operation. You will manage the entire lifecycle of international shipments, ensuring strict adherence to U.S. and Mexican import/export regulations, including the USMCA.

  • Resolve scheduling discrepancies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Seven to ten years of progressive experience in production planning, materials management, or a related field within aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Advanced knowledge of U.S. and Mexican import/export regulations, including the USMCA and IMMEX
  • Proficiency in WDS Manufacturing software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating production specifications and logistics costs
  • Attention to detail for maintaining documentation accuracy in audit-sensitive situations
  • Effective communication abilities for coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of cross-border material flows and customs compliance for streamlining operations
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
