Arvin Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their dedicated rehab team. Located just outside Bakersfield in Arvin, CA, the facility provides high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to ensure coordinated care
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and facility policies

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active California PTA license
• CPR certification required
• Experience in SNF or rehabilitation setting preferred
