Responsibilities

- Provide therapeutic interventions to promote physical, cognitive, and psychosocial well-being. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans. - Conduct assessments to evaluate residents' needs and progress. - Educate residents and their families on self-care techniques and disease management.

Requirements

- Possess and maintain PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) licensure in the State of Michigan - Please include License # when applying
