PT Valet Attendant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Affords prompt and courteous assistance to guests during valet check-in and check-out.
• Parks vehicles in designated areas and accurately records their locations on a valet receipt, which is attached to the keys and stored in the Valet office.
• Picks up vehicles from the valet lot while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Effectively communicates with the Lead Valet Attendant and clears the ramp area of cars to be parked.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
• Holds responsibility for achieving and maintaining a high level of guest service and satisfaction.
• Keeps abreast of facility details and special events on property to inform guests and colleagues when feasible.
• Runs/jogs intermittently throughout the shift to transport guests to other destinations.
• Assists in transporting unsanitary vehicles.
• Works outside in various weather conditions including rain, snow, ice, and extreme heat.
• Functions as an ambassador for RHC.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
• Valid driver's license from the state and a good driving record.
• Physical endurance and stamina.
• Effective communication skills.
