Key Responsibilities

• Aid patients with therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by licensed physical therapists.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after patient sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and treatment areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment according to clinic protocols.
• Assist with patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and basic administrative tasks as needed.
• Stock supplies and support inventory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in healthcare, fitness, athletic training, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• An interest in physical therapy, rehabilitation, kinesiology, exercise science, or a related healthcare field is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility activities when appropriate is necessary.
• The candidate must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
