PT Support Associate - Seasonal

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, or cashier as needed
• Answer phones and execute operational policies and procedures
• Pack and unpack shipments
• Organize the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations
• Support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced retail environment

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment (stock‑related experience a plus)
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts
• Willingness to undertake occasional overnight travel when required
