Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, and cashier
• Answer phones
• Understand and execute operational policies and procedures
• Pack and unpack shipments
• Organize the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience a plus
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods of time

Qualifications

• Flexible individual comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
• Supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Resourceful and collaborative
• Highly motivated and efficient
• Sense of humor is a plus

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $15.00 – $17.00 USD per hour. The offer will be based on relevant experience and work location.
