About the Role

Join the Converse team as a Retail Supervisor in our Cincinnati store (Monroe, OH). This is a part-time position averaging 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities

• Deliver enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and authentic customer service to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily.
• Lead by example, aligning with SOLE standards to enhance the consumer journey.
• Make customers feel welcome, address their needs, and exceed expectations at every interaction.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and reliability in all tasks.
• Operate a cash register, handle shipping and receiving, stock products, clean, and build visual displays.
• Learn and train on the latest Converse products and technologies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations.
