PT- Student Supervisor

Essential Functions

• Communicates safety and security policies and enforcement procedures to students, teachers, and staff (e.g. process for entering/exiting cafeteria, sit where told, throw away trash, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring their understanding of such information and the potential consequences of violation.
• Escorts students (e.g. to nurse/office, to/from meals and recess, etc.) for the purpose of providing direction and ensuring their safety.
• Maintains cafeteria and playground areas (e.g. spills, hazards, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.
• Maintains student behavior (e.g. to/from cafeteria, recess, and during meals, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring student compliance with established guidelines, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment, and secure facility.
• Refers incidents to appropriate site personnel (e.g. rule violations, suspicious visitors, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring follow-up in accordance with administrative, site security and student safety procedures.

Experience

Job related experience is desired.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Clearances

Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance, IVP (Identity Verified Print) Fingerprint Clearance Card are required.

Salary

$16/Hr 180 Days

This job reports to the Principal.
