PT Stock Crew (Nights)

About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to cut, mark, and stock cases as outlined in the Center Store training guide. Additionally, you may unload trucks, receive incoming merchandise, verify discrepancies, and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Cut, mark, and stock cases as per the Center Store training guide.
• Unload trucks, receive incoming merchandise, and report discrepancies.
• Greet and assist customers as needed in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Maintain productivity levels at or above company standards.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Able to work with little to no supervision at times.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 20 lbs. regularly, including overhead lifting, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Push/pull up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• Stand or walk 100% of the time.
• Frequent reaching, grasping, and lifting individual stock items.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Tolerate working in extreme hot/cold temperatures for up to 20 minutes at a time.
• Use computers, calculators, and communication systems as required.

• Observe proper temperature control of all display cases, storage areas, and product.
• Support company safety standards.
• Communicate any needed equipment repairs or maintenance work needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Salary and Benefits

Hannaford provides a salary range between $16.80 - $23.50/hr. Benefits are not specified in the job posting.
