PT Stock Crew
About the role
PT Stock Crew reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor on duty. Classified as Non-Exempt / Hourly, Part-Time.
Essential Functions
- Unload freight from trucks and stock merchandise in the correct aisles and shelves throughout the store.
- Help customers locate merchandise and inform them of any product knowledge that may be helpful.
- Verify proper product rotation and basic stocking of merchandise in allocated space as well as match the UPC number on merchandise to shelf label.
- Operate handheld inventory device.
- Remove damaged merchandise from floor as needed.
- Follow company guidelines for department merchandising.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Follow loss prevention and safety procedures including regular safety checks.
- Attend job-related meetings which may require some travel.
- Communicate with Customers, Management, and co-workers.
- Follow all applicable Company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Complete certified training to operate pallet jacks and tow motors.
- Not required to operate the cash registers.
- Consistent attendance for regularly scheduled work shifts is required.

Minimum Requirements of Training and Experience
- Must be 18 years of age to operate electric pallet jack and bailer.
- Must be 21 years of age to operate the forklift.
- Possess great customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for collaborating with Team Members who want to grow.
- Able to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds occasionally engaging in assisted lifting over 50 pounds, specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
