About the Role

A Massage Therapist takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Resort. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction. The Massage Therapist is responsible for upholding the "value added" reputation by providing impeccable service to all Resort Spa Guests.

Massage Therapists are technically trained to a superior level and are exceptionally sensitive to guest needs, treating all Resort Spa Guests as though they were personal guests. They act as spa role models, team players, and treat all fellow Team Members with dignity and respect, continuously working to improve our spa system of service and quality. The Massage Therapist is expected to direct all service efforts towards guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance of company standards, and profit maximization.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage services in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Uphold the "value added" reputation of the spa through impeccable guest service.
• Act as a role model and team player, treating guests and fellow team members with respect.
• Continuously improve the spa system of service and quality.
• Direct service efforts towards guest satisfaction, company standards, and profit maximization.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Assist co-workers with their job duties as needed.
• Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, including key controls and reporting safety hazards.

Requirements

• Local and/or State Certification or License.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Strong communication skills with guests.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons.
