PT Soccer Operations Staff

Duties and Responsibilities

• Aids in the execution and organization of game day operations, including match set-up, tear down, and clean-up
• Provides operational and logistical support to HDFC, Shell Energy Stadium, and league staff during events
• Maintains a clean field level and field of play according to MLS, NWSL, FIFA, and Shell Energy Stadium standards
• Oversees fan engagements and participants on match days
• Adheres to strict event timeline and tasks for preparing the field and back of house areas

Qualification Requirements

• Able to work all assigned Houston Dynamo FC and Houston Dash home games as well as additional stadium events as needed
• Able to work all assigned Houston Dynamo 2 home games at the external facility
• Must be available to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available to attend mandatory training sessions
• Able to move and lift objects that may exceed 40 lbs
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time

• Possess general soccer knowledge

• Previous experience in sports and events a plus
