In an SNF setting, the therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients with diverse diagnoses. Responsibilities

• Manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses in an SNF setting.

Requirements

• One year of recent experience in an SNF setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current BLS (AHA preferred)
• Active state license
• Supervisory professional references
• Must complete drug screen and background screen

Schedule
