Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to customers while acting as a Self Checkout Ambassador.
• Assist customers with the self-checkout process and resolve issues as they arise.
• Monitor self-checkout areas to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the self-checkout and front-end areas.
• Support front-end operations as needed.
