About the role

We’re looking for a Self‑Checkout Ambassador to be the welcoming, friendly face of our checkout area. In this dynamic, active environment you’ll chat with shoppers, help them navigate our new self‑service kiosks, answer questions, troubleshoot quick fixes, and ensure every customer leaves with a fast and friendly experience.
