PT Security Guard - Sotomayor Cornerstone

Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains security and supervises Sotomayor Community Center.
• Makes daily rounds of the center.
• Manages fire safety and other emergency procedures.
• Welcomes and introduces new participants as they arrive.
• Calls EMS, FDNY, or NYPD in case of emergencies.
• Attends professional development training to keep certifications up to date.
• Prepares incident reports and enters them into the electronic data collection system.
• Performs other tasks as needed by PN Management.

Qualifications

• 8hr & 16hr Security Guard Certification
• NYS Security Guard License
• High School Diploma or GED preferred or previous experience
