PT Sales Associate - Lee Wrangler Clearance Center

About the role

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Brand Experience/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring a premium in-store experience, initiating conversations with customers, assisting in visual, operation, and safety aspects of the store.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in customer service by upholding high retail standards.
• Initiate conversations with all customers, building relationships to learn interests and identify products to suggest.
• Assist customers in the fitting room and recommend products aligned with their needs and preferences.
• Encourage customers to make purchases and promote the rewards program.
• Achieve weekly loyalty sign-up goals and build brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on new products and trends to better engage customers.
• Consistently meet personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Provide information and advice on product performance, features, and specifications.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
• Operate office equipment and technology (cash register, computers, phones, scanners, etc.)
• Stand and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts.
• Lift and carry, ability to maneuver and/or lift 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Maneuver and/or lift full racks of merchandise for restocking the store.
• Assemble displays and/or rearrange the store layout as needed.
• Use fine manipulation and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $13.73-$15.65 per hour. Additional benefits include:
