PT Sales Associate - 1734 CASTLETON SQUARE

Duties/Responsibilities

• Creates a welcoming environment for customers.
• Responds immediately to customer inquiries and needs.
• Sets proactive goals for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Locates, ensures availability, and assists in selecting merchandise.
• Uses basic selling techniques to engage customers and introduce promotions.
• Speaks positively about the brand, customers, and team members.
• Maintains a positive attitude and service mentality.
• Ensures adherence to the Company's Customer FIRST model.
• Completes sales transactions and maintains proper accountability.
• Processes merchandise returns and exchanges according to company guidelines.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
• Shares feedback and ideas to improve store processes.
• Supports cross-functional departments and helps set store standards.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• One year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Energetic and charismatic personality.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to act with integrity and maturity.
• Ability to complete sales transactions in POS register system.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 100% of the working time.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to perform repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and working with cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Must be able to maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to operate a computer, other office equipment, and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods.
• Must be able to reach at or below shoulder level.
• Must be able to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
