The PTSA is responsible for supporting the Sales Counselor and Sales Associates with all aspects of selling and marketing the community.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Sales: Opening, Presentation, Inventory, Supplies, Clerical, Builder Support, Home Closing Objectives, Marketing Support, Architecture
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task and pay close attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communicator (oral and written) including desire to ask questions and learn from others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and familiar with the Internet
- Reliable, clean transportation required
