PT Sales Advisor - West Village

About the role

ANINE BING is looking for a part-time Sales Advisor (Stylist) to join the team at our West Village store. As the ultimate ambassador for ANINE BING, you will work with an in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and 1:1 personalized service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class service to customers, both in-store and digitally.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to build styling expertise.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and drive sales through personal client outreach.
• Sell comfortably in-store and virtually using technology.
• Maintain a clean and organized store presentation.
• Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, online fulfillment, and visual merchandising.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of fashion, styling, or retail sales experience.
• Experience in personal styling and a goal-driven environment.
• Ability to build and maintain a client book.
• Positive, engaging energy in the workplace.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide feedback and insight about clientele and product.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and retail holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts.
• Meet physical demands, including standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and operating POS systems.

Pay

The target compensation for this role is between $20 - $22 per hour and includes eligibility for a generous commission structure.
