About the role
This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, and you will have the ability to participate in creating your hours while ensuring the needs of the MDS department are met. We provide comprehensive MDS training, ongoing support, and the tools needed to succeed in this specialized clinical leadership track.
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in driving quality measures
- Optimize reimbursement
- Support the overall clinical excellence of Powder Springs
Requirements
- Active RN license (state-specific)
- Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience
- Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Qualifications
- MDS experience is welcome but not required — full training is provided
