Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness, sunbed, and spray tanning options
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Retail, customer service, or sales experience helpful but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Pay

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
