Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field preferred)
• Strong interest in cognitive science, learning, or brain function
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
• Comfortable balancing client interaction with administrative tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 3:30 pm–8 pm

Occasional Saturdays: 9 am–3 pm

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for prospective and current clients
• Guide families through intake, scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM system
• Cookordinate schedules and support operational flow
• Aid in outreach and community education efforts
• Provide a welcoming, professional environment for families

Skills

• Experience working with children and adults with learning challenges
• Insight into how cognitive deficits present outside of clinical settings
• Strengthen client communication and case management skills
