Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN Autumn Lake at Windsor | Windsor, CT $55–$60/hour | PRN Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide coverage at Autumn Lake at Windsor. You'll help residents in a skilled nursing setting work toward safer mobility through evaluations, individualized treatment, and close coordination with the care team.
