PT PRN

About the role

We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide PRN rehabilitation services in Quincy, MA. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist seeking scheduling flexibility while providing individualized care focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

What You'll Do

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled interventions addressing strength, gait, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility
• Establish measurable rehabilitation goals and monitor progress
• Modify treatment approaches based on resident needs and clinical response
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility strategies
• Complete accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply
