PT PRELOAD SUPERVISOR (5:00AM- 10:00AM Tuesday- Saturday)

About the role

This position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job‑related tasks. It holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training with new and current employees.
• Conduct and participate in group meetings.
• Coordinate evaluations with management.
• Determine best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervise daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
• Understand and consistently demonstrate UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kg.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent – preferred.
• Management experience – preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
