About the role
Our porters are essential members of the Stop & Shop team, responsible for keeping our stores clean and organized. Their duties include sweeping, mopping, waxing floors, disposing of trash, and tidying up back rooms, break rooms, and work stations.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and wax floors
- Dispose of trash
- Tidy up back rooms, break rooms, and work stations
- Assist in other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
