Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine clinical protocols for ROMTech pilot programs and IRB studies.
- Deliver therapy to a variety of pilot patients while maintaining compliance with study requirements.
- Collaborate with the research team to monitor outcomes and ensure data quality.
- Brainstorm and recommend innovative clinical approaches, including potential billing code applications for pilot populations.
- Represent ROMTech in meetings with physicians, hospital administrators, and C-suite leaders to demonstrate clinical value and study benefits.
- Contribute to forward-thinking initiatives, serving as a clinical innovator within the organization.
- Maintain compliance with IRB protocols, HIPAA regulations, and professional standards of care.
Qualifications
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in physical therapy or related field.
- Experience with IRB-approved clinical trials and protocol development.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in clinical research methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
