Pay

Attractive pay range: $109,309.20 to $122,972.63.

Additional financial incentives include a $7,500 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and a fleet vehicle program (restrictions apply).

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (every 30 days, at minimum), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state you're assigned to work in.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care to ensure knowledge and skills are sufficient to safely provide services. If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders is required, as well as appropriate mentoring and/or participation in a residency program.
• Current CPR certification.

Paid training provided. Full-time day shift.
