About the Role
Continuum Therapy Partners brings a therapist-led approach to scale. We are looking for Physical Therapists who want to work with a leadership team that understands, prioritizes, and advocates for your professional perspective.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
- Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
- Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
- Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
