PT, Physical Therapist

About the Role

We are currently looking for Physical Therapists who want to work with a leadership team that understands, prioritizes, and advocates for your professional perspective in a therapist-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
