About the role

Responsible for providing pharmacy technician services in a retail setting. Duties include assisting pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing, and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing
• Handle patient inquiries regarding medications and health concerns
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Pharmacy Technician
• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for deliveries)

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to operate pharmacy equipment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
