About the role

Our pharmacy teams play an essential role in improving the health of our customers by providing trusted advice, medication and therapy management, and immunization services.

Responsibilities

  • Support pharmacists in providing outstanding patient care in line with state and federal regulations
  • Aid in pharmacy operations - including prescription processing, medication therapy management, and immunizations - under the supervision of a pharmacist
  • Use our pharmacy dispensing software to help manage patient and medication information
  • Engage with customers by answering questions, assisting with product location, and helping ensure every visit is a positive one
  • Help maintain an organized and well-stocked pharmacy by assisting with inventory management and product storage
  • Support pharmacy team operations, including point-of-sale transactions and general administrative tasks
  • Uphold company policies, maintain professional relationships, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive work environment
  • Take part in special assignments and learning opportunities as directed by the pharmacist

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in supporting the health and well-being of others
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a caring and collaborative approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Enrollment in an accredited School of Pharmacy program, with eligibility to administer vaccinations
  • A valid Pharmacy Intern license in good standing with your state's Board of Pharmacy
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends
