Responsibilities

  • Deliver Clinical and BLS care for members and guests, ensuring prompt and effective treatment for medical emergencies.
  • Assess patient conditions and provide stabilization as needed until advanced care arrives or transport is arranged.
  • Maintain readiness of medical equipment and supplies in the clinic and response vehicle.
  • Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to ensure operational protocols are followed.
  • Assist with inventory management, equipment checks, and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Perform cleaning, care, and disinfection of the clinic and work area.
  • Build positive relationships with members and guests by providing professional and compassionate care.
  • Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate Degree or equivalent experience in an applicable field is preferred.
  • An applicable State or local government health system license is required; national credentialing is preferred.
  • Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and PHTLS required (instructor certifications preferred).
  • Three years of 911 ALS field experience are required.
  • Preferred credentials include AMLS, PEPP, or EPC.
  • Experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals is preferred.
  • Experience working in remote locations and austere environments is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Organization & Time Management – ability to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling, and organizing a professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Systems & Software – proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
