About the role

The PT Package Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the package center, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of patient packages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the package center to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
• Ensure all packages are labeled correctly and prepared for shipment.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external carriers to resolve issues and improve service.
• Train and mentor new employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with package handling and sorting systems.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and carrier requirements.
