Overview

Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, ensuring our patients enjoy therapy and experience clear improvements in their health. We aim to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and achieve outstanding objective outcomes. Since opening our first clinic in 2001, we have expanded across these regions and continue to open new clinics to enhance accessibility for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor new graduates through weekly structured mentoring sessions, typically lasting the first three months but extendable as needed.
  • Participate in specialty mentoring programs based out of Michigan, covering areas such as Women's Health, Vestibular, TMJ, Spine, Pediatrics, and Sports.
  • Engage in continuing education opportunities, including in-house courses and external events, with financial support for courses, travel, and other educational expenses.
  • Attend journal clubs, webinars, and lunch-and-learn sessions to stay updated on the latest in physical therapy.

Requirements
