Overview

Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We aim to ensure our patients enjoy therapy and see clear improvements in their health. Our clinics consistently achieve high levels of patient satisfaction and have excellent objective outcomes. Since opening our first clinic in 2001, we have expanded across these regions and continue to open new clinics to enhance accessibility for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new graduates through weekly structured mentoring sessions, typically lasting the first three months but extendable as needed.
• Participate in specialty mentoring programs based out of Michigan, covering areas such as Women's Health, Vestibular, TMJ, Spine, Pediatrics, and Sports.
• Utilize continuing education opportunities including in-house courses, paid for up to 50% of the cost, and access to over 50 events per year at our training centers.
• Engage in professional development activities such as journal clubs, webinars, lunch and learns, and other educational opportunities.
