Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Pull up all repeat customers that come in daily via email, manually enter in Salesforce, and assign them to the correct OSA.
- Work all B/C/D lead follow-ups by calling to check in or emailing a touchpoint email.
- Gather feedback from the Onsite Sales Teams each week on all appointments that have been set but not updated.
- Answer the phone when necessary and provide good notes to the OSA working that given market area.
- Maintain a positive relationship with all team members, Sales Associates, and Sales Counselors in all markets.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Professional communication and customer service skills both written and oral.
- Proficient typing skills with an emphasis on speed and accuracy. (Minimum 45 WPM preferred).
- Detail oriented and with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in homebuilding industry preferred.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system preferred.

Pay & Schedule
Hourly rate is $18.00 per hour.
Schedule is part time, flexible hours to accommodate online sales activities.
