Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the radio station.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase listener engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth station operations.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in radio operations or related field.
- Proven ability to manage teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
