PT Office Assistant
Responsibilities
- Ensure food and snack items in the cafeteria are fully stocked.
- Place and receive supply orders and maintain supply inventory (general office supplies, snacks, and beverages).
- Maintain the cafeteria by ensuring refrigerators and small appliances are cleaned regularly and the dishwasher is run on a daily basis.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties.
Requirements
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week.
- Available Tues, Wed, and Thurs.
- Available to start work at 8:00am.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Create flyers and employee surveys.
- Plan and coordinate employee events and activities.
- Perform general cleaning and administrative functions.
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Schedule
This position requires working Tues, Wed, and Thurs approximately 5-6 hours per day.
