Responsibilities

• Perform total store management responsibilities as required
• Manage, implement and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Champion and support the culture and values of Stop & Shop
• Have a positive presence on the sales floor
• Create a welcoming and safe environment through exceptional interpersonal skills

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required
• Some college education is preferred
• Previous grocery retail management experience is preferred (2-4 years)
• Exceptional interpersonal, decision-making, delegation, leadership, and conflict management skills
